Back Sleeping

Step 1: Place the pillow about 12” away from the headboard for back sleeping.

For back sleeping start by placing your pillow about 12" from the headboard & parallel to it. The Sleep Posture pillow will not work against the headboard, unlike traditional pillows because it must go under your neck.

Step 2: Place your neck on the center of the pillow

To get firmer support, rotate the pillow with the
zipper side up and place your neck on this side.

Side Sleeping

For side sleeping start by placing your Sleep Posture pillow about 12” from the headboard & parallel to it.

While laying on your side, place your neck on the higher elevation (end section) of the pillow. There are two (2) higher elevations. Tuck the pillow tight to your shoulders to get a snug fit & relax.

  

If you need firmer neck support, rotate the pillow with the zipper side up, then lay your neck on the end section of the pillow. Tuck tight to your shoulders & relax.
